The authors are invited to submit an abstract for oral and poster presentations until May 18, 2018 (Extended deadline).

NOTE: Abstract submission for Oral presentation was closed. But Abstract submission for Poster presentation is welcome until June 30, 2018.

All submitted abstracts must

• be written in English.
• have a maximal length of 300 words.
• be prepared by the following template. Abstract template: Word format (file extension .docx)

The submission of abstracts and papers will be managed through an online conference paper management system called EasyChair. The system gives the Author complete control over the submission. The Author can upload the abstract and check on the review status of the submission.

First, you will need to set up an account (username and password) as an author at the following link:

Then, you can submit your abstract by logging into the EasyChair website of MTMS 2018 and by following the "New submission" link located on the top-left corner of the menu bar. The submission page is at the following link: https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=mtms2018

At the end of the submission procedure (a new submission or an update of an old one), you will receive a confirmation email from mtms2018@easychair.org.

Once the review process is completed, you will receive acceptance/rejection notification by email.

After acceptance of abstract, the authors are invited to submit a proceeding for oral and poster presentations until July 27, 2018 (Extended deadline).

All proceedings papers will be delivered to participants of MTMS 2018 as electronic files (PDF file). Instructions are shown in the following PDF file.
